Must be between 18 and 24 years of age
PX seeks committed youth ready for their next chapter. Each fellow works with the project M-F and is paid an hourly wage.
About this program
Our program focuses on career exploration and workforce readiness. PX Fellows develop workforce skills by learning technical culinary skills in a professional kitchen. These skills are enhanced by classroom instruction focusing on transferability. While we operate in a culinary setting, our participants do not have to be interested in long-term culinary careers to participate.
