About this program
This course will instruct students in welding safety of the Shield Metal Arc Welding process (SMAW-Pipe), proper techniques and electrode selection for welding pipe in various welding positions (1G,2G,5G,6G) to meet ASME welding code. You will participate in a six-week training program with a counselor to learn new skills.
